TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The terms and conditions listed below relate to all purchases made from Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited.

By making the decision to access this website and/or place an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Beerd Warehouse (U.K) Limited recommends you read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General

• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK.
• Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.  

Description of Goods

• All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.

Payment and Price

• The total cost of the goods you wish to purchase will be stipulated at the time when you place your order.
• Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited is entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
• Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. However, this will not affect any orders that have been accepted and therefore dispatched.
• We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.
• Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. The term 'normal price' is used to describe the retail-selling price of a product within Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited.
• All prices stated on Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited's website are exclusive of delivery charges which may be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
• Delivery charges are £20.00 for all orders under £199.00 and free delivery for all orders over £199.00. Delivery charge will be stipulated at time of placing an order.

Payment Methods

• Payment can be made on the web site only through paypal. Please note we cannot dispatch goods until payment has been cleared.
• On the order you must provide Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.

Availability of Goods

• All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• If we cannot supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will refund any money already paid for them.
• Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
• While every effort is made to meet our customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Charges

• All prices on Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited’s website are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added to the price of the products.
• Delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland addresses.
• Delivery will be between 7am and 6pm and due to the nature and size of the goods Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited cannot offer a specific time.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are approximate and usually 1-2 weeks from clearance of payment.
• Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
• If our suppliers or Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to an additional 2 weeks for despatch of the goods. For delays of more than 3 weeks you will have the right to cancel the order and Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Risk

• As soon as Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited has delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them.
• Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. If you are not present to accept delivery and we need to re-deliver the goods, you will be required to pay delivery costs of £30.00 again.
• Risk of damage to or loss of products shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.
• Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or in-correct goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

• Damage in transit If goods are delivered in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note. It is your responsibility to inform Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited within 2 days from delivery.
• Shortages It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility. You must notify Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited within 2 days from delivery.
• In-Correct Goods It is your responsibility to notify Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited of any in-correct goods supplied. You must inform Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited within 2 days from delivery.
• If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 20% of the price of the goods, along with the cost of carriage will be charged.

Product Guarantees

• All products supplied, are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee, for a period of 12 months or more where applicable.
• This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

Cancellation of Orders

• Before Despatch The placement of an order confirms your acceptance that Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited has up to 14 days to despatch your goods from cleared payment. For delays of more than 3 weeks, you will have the right to cancel the order and Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
• If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price.
• After Despatch Orders cancelled after despatch of the goods will be subject to a minimum-handling fee of 20% of the invoice price to cover re-stocking and administration costs.

Returned Goods

• If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of purchase for credit or refund (excluding delivery charges) provided it is in pristine condition in its unopened original packaging and proof of purchase is enclosed.
• Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited reserve the right to levy a handling charge on such returned goods at a minimum 20% of the invoice price to cover re-stocking and administration charges.
• You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it. . Goods received back in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
• All products are checked on return to our warehouse.

Other

• Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited will issue you with an invoice once order has been processed.
• All sizes are approximate and it remains the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure products will fit into address prior to order.
• Failure by Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
• In the event of a typographical, administrative or pricing error, Bed Warehouse (U.K) Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Law of Contract

• This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute, question or remedy will be determined exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales.
